I’m an entrepreneur, writer, yogi, traveler, and mentor currently living in Baja Sur, Mexico.

I specialize in Tantra, Kriya Yoga, somatic practices, and Vedic teachings.

I am devoted to living an evolutionary life, and my commitment to my clients is to help them find freedom through their practice, so they too, can embrace their Dharma — their evolutionary purpose.

I created this platform as a place for you to be held in sacred community, nourish yourself with evolutionary practices, and connect to your highest calling - your Dharma.

A little bit about me:

I've been living internationally around the globe for 7 years & teaching yoga for 12. My “professional” background was in Digital Marketing & PR, and my "digital nomad" phase started through Journalism and running a small, one-person marketing agency from coffee shops when I was living in Bali.

Eventually, I ditched the "job" to follow my passion - which was sharing evolutionary teachings that completely transformed my life from the inside out.

I decided to go all in on my retreats & coaching business and haven’t looked back since!

Now I work 1:1 with clients sharing yogic technologies, such as kriya, mantra, somatic practices, and mentoring my students to live an evolutionary life.

My passion is teaching my clients how to be "free". For me, this means having internal peace, tools to quantum shift our energy & states of consciousness, and especially - financial, time, and location freedom.
